Vacation
Tell me and your classmates a little bit about you and your vacation! I have 2 children--Madison and Dawson. My husband is DJ and he works for Weber Excavating in St. Donatus and he also drills bowling balls at Horizon Lanes. My family loves to bowl and swim and go out for supper! We also love to spend time with our extended family and friends. I enjoy exercising and cooking and reading! What are some good books you read recently? Here are a few I read: 11/23/63, Gone Girl, and some WordPress books. I am also a big fan of Pinterest and Snapchat! For Christmas I got a Samsung Gear Fit and I LOVE IT!!

My Christmas was good Eve was spent at my aunt Pat's home and had dinner then Christmas day my mother and I went to my grandma's home had lunch then we went to my sister Jessica's house to have prime rib for dinner.
ReplyDeleteI did a lot of things over Christmas vacation. I started it by having wrestling practice and then had 6 days off with no practice. In this time, I spent most of this time with my mom. I then at wrestling practice the last week where I stayed with my dad. I saw a lot of family that I have not seen in awhile. I ended up having a great Christmas vacation and I can not wait till the next one.
ReplyDeleteMy vacation was okay. I was ready for a break but who wasn't. My mom and me when skiing at sundown the first weekend and i had a lot of fun but my mom is not the best skier neither am I. I am more of a snowboarder myself. we stayed there for about 2 hours then went home. we did not do much the rest of the week. on Christmas eve. we went to my grandmas Christmas and i got a under armor shirt and sweatshirt. then on Christmas I got a electronic circlet board a kinetics roller costar, and a new TV. and then i when to my dads for Christmas and got a Xbox one and a iPad. my grandma on my dads side got me and my brothers a 55 inch TV. I really did not do much the rest of the break except for work because my dad said there are no breaks there is always work to do
ReplyDeleteLike most of the vacations i spend, this one was very lazy. Through out the duration of my Christmas Break i was either sleeping or watching YouTube. This may sound as monotonous and boring as it gets. But to me this is the jolly time i prefer. I enjoy just relaxing and forgetting about everything going on in the real world. For Christmas i got a Beautiful sounding Fender Guitar. I've always yearned to learn guitar, its in my blood. We received it in the mail 3 days ago and I've been practicing as much as i physically can. I've managed to learn 4 chords. However my practice time is restricted. My baby skin fingers can't handle the strings on a guitar, i need to build up calluses. Its very discouraging but if i can stay dedicated it'll lead to great results. I looked up what a Samsung Gear Fit is. That's one high tech piece of equipment. Although i don't see why you need it. You look fine!
ReplyDeleteMy winter vacation was enjoyable yet seemingly short. Most of my time was spent relaxing on my couch and reading various books. Among the books I read was a biography of the famed scientist Nicola Tesla which included many of his original drawings. Aside from reading I spent most of my time enjoying the holidays with my family and helping my older sister to move into her new apartment.

Among the books I read over break was a biography of the famed scientist Nicola Tesla and the many accomplishments of his life. Aside from reading and relaxing, my time was spend with my family enjoying the holidays and helping my older sister move into her apartment.
ReplyDeleteMy vacation consisted of laying around and working. Christmas Eve was spent at my grandma's house where we talked and enjoyed dinner. Christmas day was nothing special, my family and I watched Christmas movies all day and just enjoyed being home.
ReplyDeleteMy vacation was basically me having workouts, going to football camps, and sleeping. There was a couple days where I had some friends come over to swim at my pool and we had a ton of fun.
ReplyDeleteThis Summer I went to Minocqua Wisconsin and went kayaking. I also went paddle boarding at Lake McBride and went shopping in Iowa City.
ReplyDeleteThe summer was great, but i think it went by pretty fast. I needed a break from school though. We went to a cubs game, and I had a good time there. By the way they ende up wining which is a good thing. The rest of the summer I hung out with my friends.

ReplyDeleteMy vacation was ok I didn't do too much that I didn't already do. I for the most part played soccer, did my taekwondo, and played fifa.
